Right now, I am enjoying “The 3 Big Questions for a Frantic Family" by Patrick Lencioni.
It’s an easy read because the author presents his message through a story. The author’s background is as a business consultant so he brings that perspective to leading your family. I find that these sort of books are worth reading if they only provide one actionable concept or idea to improve my leadership of my family.
Also, the church staff and I am are working through “Feeding and Leading” by Kenneth Gangel. Written by a Dallas Theological Seminary professor, it is a great tool for developing an understanding of and skills for ministry leadership. It was really important to me personally when I first read it ten years ago; God used it to shape much of my approach to leadership.
What are you reading?
